At Better Herbs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel in its original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
